Abstract

An information approach is proposed for revealing fundamental irregularities related to primary pedogenesis during lengthy interaction of plants with the root environment under controlled conditions. The approach is used for interpreting experimental results of growing plants on an originally abiogenic mineral substrate during its long use. It is established that plant productivity is related to information streams between systems composed of organic matter and the microbiotic community forming in the root environment.
