Abstract

The article highlights the international legal aspects of information security. The results of the analysis of international legal norms in the field of information security, as well as foreign experience in this field, are presented. The importance of the experience of certain foreign countries in the field of information security for Ukraine is emphasized. Given the global nature of communication networks, it is concluded that information security should be ensured only through effective international cooperation between states. During the research, priorities and issues related to information security in Eastern European countries are determined. Prioritized directions for legal support of information security in Ukraine have been identified.
