Abstract

The regularity and inevitability of digital transformation objectively follows from the dialectical relationship between the function and structure of the economy. It is expressed in the fact that a change in function as a way of behavior of an economic system inevitably entails a change in its structure. The way of existence of the economic system, the way of connections of its elements and parts is radically updated. Active interaction of industries ensures sustainable neo-industrial development. This interaction is supported by the national information infrastructure. The development of the digital economy also requires appropriate institutional transformations, the main of which is the formation of a national information infrastructure. It should create qualitative conditions for digital transformation based on the use of digital technologies, platforms for the generation, dissemination and safe use of information in the context of neo-industrial development of the economy.
