Abstract

The article is devoted to the current problem of developing an effective information management system for farming, which is due to the needs of organizations to reduce costs by applying the modern ERP concept, which implements an integrated approach to building management systems, and also involves the integration of enterprise management systems with automated process control systems and computer-aided design systems. The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of the organization's management software tools using the capabilities of the information system "1C: ERP 2", which is a necessary condition for achieving the short-term, medium-term and, in the future, long-term goals of the company. The resulting effects of implementing a unified information management system solution based on "1C: ERP 2" are: reducing the cost of managing the economy and maintaining the IT infrastructure; qualitative improvement of the management structure due to a synergistic effect-the emergence of technical capabilities and the removal of restrictions for the further development of the information and control system that existed when using patchwork automation; improving the quality of maintenance of the upgraded IT infrastructure by updating some of the equipment and reducing the risks of termination of support for software products, the emergence of new competencies of the IT service personnel.
