Abstract
Abstract : Information Age technologies have dramatically changed the way the military fights and the way the nation achieves economic strength. This transition from an industrial age to an information age along with the end of the cold war has far-reaching implications for National Security Policy. This study explores the relationship between the military and the economic elements of power as they relate to information age technologies. This paper suggests a changing paradigm in the relationship between military and economic power and explores possible changes in the formulation of National Security Policy as it relates to both; particularly in the mutual benefits gained from information age technology.
