Abstract

Objective To study the influencing factors of disaster nursing knowledge and self-efficacy,and analyse its influencing degree,in order to provide the reference for the development and implementation of the disaster nursing.Methods The questionnaire of the disaster nursing knowledge and self-efficacy was used to investigated 101 nurses who worked in the first aid center and surgical ICU.Results The average score of disaster nursing knowledge of nurses was (47.72 ± 13.78 ).Age,working years and the working department were positively correlated with the disaster nursing knowledge levels (r =0.208,0.300,0.315,respectively; P <0.05 ).The average score of self-efficacy of nurses was (47.92 ± 8.59),and age,working years,title,position and education background of nurses were positively correlated with the disaster nursing self-efficacy of nurses (r =0.385,0.336,0.331,0.314,0.246,respectively;P <0.05 ).Conclusions It is important to combine the age,education backgroud,nurse professional direction,titles,positions of nurses with the local disaster features to educate and train the disaster nursing systematically,in order to improve the disaster nursing knowledge and self-efficacy levels of nurses,and provide a strong guarantee for the disaster rescue.
