Abstract

Objective To investigate the post-operative life quality in patients with gallstone surgery, analyze the influencing factors impacted on post-operative life quality, so as to provide the post-operative health interventions on time. Methods A total of 314 patients with gallstone surgery were selected, and was used to gastrointestinal quality of life index (GIQLI) to measure the quality of life, and then we analyzed the influencing factors. Results There was different quality of life level in different ages (P<0.05); the patients with choledochoscope exploratory operation had higher quality of life than the patients with laparotomy exploration; multiple regression analysis showed that ages, operation methods, abdominal distension, defecate changes were the independent influencing factors of life quality (β=-5.366, 12.807, 6.217, 11.072; P<0.05). Conclusions After gallstone surgery, the patients have low quality of life, so corresponding measurement should take positively according to influencing factors.
