Abstract
Objective To investigate the common factors affect the image quality and its solutions in the process of whole - body bone scan,get the high - quality image and meet clinical needs.Methods A total of 1000 patients with malignant tumor underwent 99Tcm whole - body bone scan,analysis the age of patients,history,chemotherapy and the image quality.Results Six hundred and seventy cases acquired good image,the average age of these patients was relative younger,Among them,160 cases had chemotherapy,80 cases had drug leakage and 134 cases had more radioactive in bladder; 330 cases acquired poor quality image and the average age of these patients was relative older,Among them,110 cases had chemotherapy,129 cases had drug leakage,100 cases had more radioactive in bladder;in addition,these patients had chemotherapy many times and other serious complications.Conclusions The quality of image is closely related to the patient' s age and chemotherapy,paying attention to details in the process of whole -body bone scan can improve the image quality.
