Abstract

This paper combined cognitive theory, motivation theory, competitive intelligence management and control theory with theory of planned behavior to optimize the model of employees’ environmental scanning in big data, and proposed the research hypothesizes. And then using the questionnaire survey to collect data, we tested the research hypothesizes by using AMOS17.0. Finally, we proposed the competitive intelligence management strategy for the enterprises to promote their employees’ environmental scanning in big data, according to the result of research.
