Abstract

The research aimed to determine the influence of the administrative technical factor in the delay of elaboration and evaluation of technical files in the SGED of the GRLL-2021. It used a mixed methods study, applied type, with non-experimental, transversal, and causal correlational design, also, the positivist, post-positivist, socio-critical and interpretative paradigms were applied. The population consistedof 37 workers, whose sample had 36 workers, and 7 collaborators of the SGED of the GRLL of the city of Trujillo, who were selected using a non-probabilistic convenience sampling. The techniques were the survey and the interview, and the instruments were two questionnaires and two interview guides, which validity was tested by an expert and reliability by Cronbach's alpha. In addition, the administrative technical factor was found to have an average efficiency of 52.8%, besides, an appropriate delay in the preparation and evaluation of technical files was found to be 69.4%. Finally, there is a directand positive relationship between the technical administrative factor and the delay in the preparation and evaluation of technical files in the SGED of the GRLL-2021 (.25 ≤ R2= .84≤1.0). Furthermore, the interviewees said that although the preparation and evaluation of files is complied with, but the process is not efficient.
