Abstract

Abstract Date Presented 04/01/2022 Many OT education programs globally depend on visiting instructors. The teaching approaches of the visiting instructors may differ from the context in which they will teach. This study explores the influence of visiting instructors on learning in a South Asian OT program. Researchers found that language, active learning, the link between content and local context, and contrasting views of knowledge influenced local students’ learning.
