Abstract

C60 manufactured sand concrete was prepared with different kinds of manufactured sand with different content of limestone powder. The influence of the types of manufactured sand (granite, sandstone, limestone pebble) and the content of limestone powder of granite manufactured sand (5%, 7%, 10%, 15%) on the creep of concrete at 150d were studied. The results show that the 150d creep of sandstone manufactured sand concrete (33×10-6MPa-1) is the largest, the granite manufactured sand concrete is the second (22×10-6MPa-1), and the limestone pebble concrete is the smallest (21×10-6MPa-1). The creep degree of manufactured sand concrete increases first and then decreases slowly with the increase of stone powder content. Relatively speaking, when the content of machine-made sand and stone powder is 5%, the 150d creep degree (21×10-6MPa-1) is the lowest, and the 150d creep degree (24×10-6MPa-1) is the highest when the stone powder content is 10%. Generally speaking, based on meeting the requirements of compressive strength, the creep (21×10-6MPa-1) of C60 manufactured sand concrete with 5% stone powder content is the lowest.
