Abstract
The influence of the promoter HCl on the kinetic process of the solution of spongy titanium in phosphoric acid has been investigated. A new one-step ecologically pure waste-free method for the utilization of titanium waste into a valuable product – TiP2O7 – has been developed. The methods for preparation of pigment and adsorbent with improved physical and chemical properties on its base were designed. The influence of the physico-chemical parameters of titanium pyrophosphate on its catalytic activity in the partial oxidation of methane. ethane, and propane has been studied.
