Abstract

Objective To investigate influence of the sea exercises on the soldiers' psychological and physiological indexes. Methods One hundred and twenty-six officers and soldiers were detected by the psychological stress self-evaluation test ( PSET) before and after the sea exercises. Contents of serum immunosuppressive acidic protein (IAP), soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor-1 ( sTNFR-1) , cortisol( Cor) and aldosterone(Ald) in 126 officers and soldiers were analyzed by radioimmunoassay (RIA). All datas were processed by correlation analysis with PSET. Results The contents of serum IAP, sTNFR-1, cortisol and aldosterone in officers and soldiers after the sea exercises were all higher than before(P <0.05) .especially in whose PSET data≥70. Conclusions As a strong psychosocial stress, the sea exercises may have some influences on immume system and level of endocrine krinin. It is necessary that the suitable psychological and physiological training be selected to strengthen competence of immune and psychological stress in officers and soldiers.
