Abstract

The dependence of dielectric and piezoelectric properties of lead-free piezoceramics on fractional composition of initial powders has been investigated. The material on the basis of solid solutions of potassium and sodium niobates doped with strontium is considered. Piezoceramic samples with different porosity values (from 4% to 36%) were obtained using powders of piezoceramic material of different granulometric composition. For these samples, the dielectric constant decreased monotonically with increasing porosity from 600 to 300, while the value d33 (80–90pC/H) varied slightly.
