Abstract

The effect of the magnetic field inclination on the energy and angular distribution of electrons impinging on the first wall is modeled. It demonstrates the necessity to take into account the dependences of average energy and incident angle of electrons bombarding the wall on the magnetic field inclination in calculation of coefficient and the yield of secondary electron-electron emission.
