Abstract

We develop new methods aimed at control over the structures of molybdenum and tungsten coatings by changing the atmosphere over the bath and nonstationary current modes. The influence of the conditions and parameters of electrolysis (substrate material, composition of electrolytes, temperature, cathode current density, time of deposition, and the reverse mode of deposition) on the composition and structure of the coatings is investigated.
