Abstract

Objective To apply the systematic health education mode to carotid artery stenosis stenting patients and observe the influence on patients' disease cognition attitude and self-efficacy of carotid artery stent implantation. Methods A total of 131 hospitalized carotid artery stenosis stenting patients were selected, which were divided into experimental group (66 cases) and control group (65 cases). Systematic health education mode was implemented in experimental group and regular health education mode was implemented in control group.The disease cognition attitude and the level of self-efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After systematic health education was implemented, the cognition attitude of experimental group patients was superior to that of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P 0.05). Conclusion Systematic health education can significantly improve the cognition degree of CAS postoperative patients to disease, improve the self-efficacy level of CAS postoperative patients, improve the self-efficacy nursing capacity and living quality of patients, which are more scientific and normative than regular health education mode.
