Abstract

In order to obtain good concentricity of a anti-rotation dual rotors permanent-magnet machine(ADRPM) which used for underwater propulsion,stator fasteners were added in the stator.Influence analysis of the stator fasteners were completed both mechanical and electromagnetic aspects.Mechanical aspects: the stator fasteners material selection,end caps combining and the stator forces were considered;electromagnetic aspects: Theoretical derivation of the stator core yoke magnetic field distribution was presented,finite element method was used to analysis air gap magnetic field and core magnetic field distribution.The results show that the stator strength,concentricity and the magnetic field have a very significant impact by the size of the stator fastener,quantity,geometric shapes,location and materials.
