Abstract

In the process of improving the effectiveness of the training process before specialists and coaches in freestyle
 wrestling, there are questions about the need to constantly improve the methodology of sports training to identify tools
 and methods for developing special endurance, which is manifested in static and dynamic work.
 
 The article examines the results of using the methodology of complex development of motor abilities in the control
 group of wrestling students in the educational-training process and the methodology of emphasized use of static exercises
 in the experimental group. The results of the studies show the effectiveness of the use of static exercises in the educationaltraining
 process, expressed in statistically significant (p < 0,05) improvement of the studied indicators at the end of the
 experiment.
