Abstract
ABSTRACTThe paper is devoted to the study of thermophoresis and Soret-Dufour effects on magnetohydrodynamic mixed convective heat and mass transfer over an inclined flat plate with non-uniform heat source/sink. Governing non-linear coupled ordinary differential equations are solved numerically using Runge-Kutta Fehlberg technique with shooting scheme. The effects of various physical parameters on the velocity, temperature, and concentration profiles are depicted graphically. The values of skin-friction coefficient, Nusselt number and Sherwood number are presented in a tabular form. It is found that increase in thermophoretic and chemical reaction parameters retard the velocity and concentration distributions in the boundary layer.
