Abstract

SUMMARY The influence of some excitations acting on the drive system (i.e. vertical and lateral track roughness, motor torque changes, random changes of the coefficient of friction and internal parametrical excitations caused by the kinematic properties of the tension couplings) on the rotary motion perturbations have been studied in the paper. On the basis of the physical model of the drive system, a mathematical model has been determined. The method of determining the output power spectral density function has been described and the results obtained have been discussed.
