Abstract
The slot combination of stator and rotor plays a decisive role in the tangential force and radial force of the motor, to obtain the influence of slot combination on motor vibration and noise, taking a 55kW asynchronous motor with a maximum speed of 1500 r/min as an example, and four kinds of motors with different slot combination were designed. The order and frequency of electromagnetic force waves with different slot combinations were estimated by numerical method, and the influence of slot combination on the vibration of the motor was studied by test.
