Abstract
The article examines the impact of the remoteness of agricultural fields from economic centers on the production costs of cultivating agricultural crops. The methodology for determining the cost of production and its elements in fields of crop rotation with different technological properties is considered in this paper. The article also contains the coefficients of cost change depending on the distances of cargo transportation, which makes it possible to make scientifically based land management decisions. The calculation of the effectiveness indicators was carried out by example of the agricultural production cooperative "Krasnaya Bashkiriya", the Republic of Bashkortostan.
