Abstract
The superconducting YBa2Cu3O7−z (YBCO) films were fabricated on (00l) LaAlO3 single crystal substrate by self-developed non-fluorine chemical solution deposition (CSD) method. Influence of four different treating atmosphere during pyrolysis process on texture and microstructure as well as properties of YBCO films was investigated. As a result, biaxial texture and dense as well as crack-free surface morphologies have been obtained for YBCO film pyrolyzed in humid Ar/O2 mixture gas. The film possesses higher properties with critical transition temperature Tc of 90K and critical current density Jc (0T, 77K) up to 2.4MA/cm2.
