Abstract

Objective To investigate the influence of postoperative analgesia care over the postoperative comfort of patients with general surgery laparotomy. Methods A total of 112 cases of patients who had received general surgery laparotomy in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into two groups, 56 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group adopted the analgesia nursing. And the length of hospital stay, the satisfaction of the patients and the VAS score of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the VAS score of the two groups were both decreased, while the scores of the observation group was decreased more significantly (P<0.05). The length of hospital stay of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the satisfaction for nursing of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The implementation of postoperative analgesia on patients with general surgery laparotomy can shorten the hospital stay, improve the nursing satisfaction, reduce postoperative pain of patients and improve patients' comfort, hence it is worth a clinical popularization and application. Key words: Laparotomy; Analgesia nursing; Comfort degree
