Abstract
administered 1 hour prior to genital MRI. Each subject underwent two MR studies during day 7-12 of her menstrual cycle. Subjects underwent blood and urine screening to exclude hormonal imbalance and pregnancy. MR studies were performed while subjects viewed 15 minutes of baseline nonerotic video followed by 30 minutes of erotic video. Arousal levels were assessed by subjective questionnaires administered immediately prior to each MR imaging exam and at the completion of the MR exam.
