Abstract

Opicapone (OPC) proved to be effective in treating end-of-dose motor fluctuations (MF) in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). The OPTIPARK study evaluated OPC 50 mg in a heterogeneous population of patients treated in real-world conditions. This post-hoc analysis evaluated the influence of the onset of motor fluctuations (OMF) on the response to OPC treatment in PD patients with MF.
