Influence of nursing intervention measures under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode on pulmonary tuberculosis patients

Abstract

Objective To investigate influence of nursing intervention measures under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode on pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods The clinical data of seventy-six pulmonary tuberculosis patients who were treated in surgical department in our hospital from July 2010 to August 2012 were collected, then they were divided into A group and B group according to providing high quality nursing service or not, patients in A group were given general medicine routine care, patients in B group were given nursing intervention measures under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode, the mean score of anxiety and depression, the basic nursing qualified rate and the satisfaction for the nursing service were compared between two groups. Results The mean score of anxiety and depression in B group was lower than that in A group(P<0.05), but the basic nursing qualified rate and the satisfaction for the nursing service in B group were higher than those in A group(P<0.05). Conclusions The nursing intervention measures under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode on pulmonary tuberculosis patients can obviously ameliorate anxiety and depression and improve the basic nursing qualified rate and the satisfaction for the nursing service.
