Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on the network platform on the self-care management ability and delivery outcome of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods From September 2016 to February 2017, 67 cases (7 lost samples) of primary parturient women who were diagnosed as pregnancy-induced hypertension for the first time in the outpatient check-up were selected, and were divided into observation group and control group by lottery, with 30 cases each. The observation group adopted the nursing intervention based on the network platform, and the control group adopted the routine nursing measures, such as the pregnancy consultation, the centralized pregnant women's school learning and so on.The self-care management ability of the two groups of pregnant women and their pregnancy outcomes were compared. Results After nursing intervention, the two groups of pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy showed statistically significant differences in disease cognition, self-protection behavior, fetal monitoring behavior, compliance behavior and daily behavior(P<0.05). The rates of preeclampsia, preterm delivery and cesarean section in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusions The nursing intervention based on the network platform can improve the pregnant women with hypertension in pregnancy to understand the disease and self-care management ability, so as to effectively control blood pressure, reduce the occurrence of maternal and infant complications. Key words: Network platform; Pregnancy induced hypertension; Self-care management ability; Pregnancy outcome; Nursing intervention
