Abstract
We propose a model to describe the dissociation probability of electron-hole pair in the presence of external field in the hopping systems. The influence of field dependent mobility on the dissociation probability has been extensively discussed. The results show that the field dependent mobility model has a major influence on the electron-hole dissociation probability. The application of the dissociation model has also been presented.
