Abstract
This paper examines the impact of military organizational culture on individual performance of learners as a predictor of increasing the motivation in young people training. The subject of this study is the influence of the military organizational culture on the individual performance of the trainees in the training process and the subsequent motivational expression of the learners, which is the result of their motivation for training and military activity, as a specific object of empirical research are the trainees in the military professional field, Organization and management of Military Formations at the Tactical Level specialty, Land Forces faculty at the Vasil Levski National Military University.
