Abstract

GF-4 satellite is the first geosynchronous orbit high-resolution optical remote sensing satellite in China. Given that a geosynchronous orbit is 70 times as high as a sun-synchronous orbit, the geosynchronous optical remote sensing satellite has a stringent requirement of micro-vibration, which is almost two orders of magnitude smaller than that a of low-orbit satellite. On the basis of research on the characteristics of on-board disturbance sources, such as the momentum wheel and cryocooler, an integrated model of opto-mechanical and micro-vibration is first developed for geosynchronous visible and infrared integrated satellite in this paper. A micro-vibration suppression method based on structural optimization, vibration reduction, and vibration isolation is proposed, which has been proved to effectively suppress the in-orbit micro-vibration of the geosynchronous high-resolution optical remote sensor and lays the foundation for GF-4 to obtain excellent images.
