Abstract

The complex of meso-tetra (4-N-methylpirydil) porphyrin with bismuth can truly inhibit the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Increasing of inhibitory effect was observed at two intervals of concentration from 0.04 to 4 and from 40 to 80 цМ. At interval of concentration of 4 - 40 цМ the inhibitory effect was constant and arranged 60 %. The highest of used concentrations - 80 цМ inhibited P. aeruginosa growth to 80 %. The complex can effectively prevent the biofilm formation used the strain of P. aeruginosa. Under discovered property concentrations - 0.04 and 40 цМ, the biofilm formation was inhibited into 1,8 and 2,75 times. Under this decreasing of mucopolysaccharides synthesis was detected.
