Abstract

The earth has an infinite number of fibres. Now-a-days renewable fibre is being used as an alternative to traditional petroleum-based components. In this paper, we use an experimental method to evaluate the influence of the golden fibre (jute) with para-aramid (kevlar) to create a specialized composite material. The tensile and flexural properties of jute-kevlar matrix composites are determined layer by layer to increase the composite quality and acquire the desired properties. The jute and kevlar fibre are mixed in equal proportion as this prospectus, they are layered and finally strengthened by epoxy and their hybrid composites characteristics are analysed.
