Abstract

A learning culture is a non-negotiable criterion for the success of knowledge management (KM) in any organisation. The learning process of any organisation should be continuous and endless. A proper learning environment is inevitable for organisational development and sustainable development of the organisation as a system. This paper examines the effects of improvement in the performance indicators of the organisation from the implementation and prognosis of learning factors. A conceptual model with four research hypotheses are analysed empirically, using multiple regression analysis and the results suggests that there is a positive influence on the performance indicators of the organisation as a result of the association of learning design especially in KM solution implementation.
