Abstract

Objective In order to know the influence of intimate family relationship and suitability on the quality of life for postoperative patients with bladder cancer. Methods Divided 96 postoperative patients with bladder cancer into the two groups according to their scores of FACES Ⅱ-CV, there were 50 cases in the high score group, 46 cases in the low score group. Compared the quality of life between the two groups by SF-36. Results The scores of SF-36 in the high score group was higher than those of in the low score group respectively. Conclusions The intimate family relathionship of postoperative patients with bladder cancer should be emphasised at the same time of evaluation their emotional condition. Psycho-logical nursing intervention according to their condition can effective promote their suitability and rehahili-ration, and then improve the quality of life.
