Abstract

The manufacturing procedures and parameters utilized to manufacture composite significantly change the properties. This study focuses on Hybridized Metal Matrix (HMM) nanocomposite with the influence of Si3N4 and SiC nanoparticles on AA 7075 for its tensile strength and microhardness. The specimen is created using the ultrasonic aided stir casting method, and the effects of processing limitations such as particle weight %, stirrer speed, stirrer duration, and processing temperature on UTS and microhardness are optimized using the ANOVA approach. For the trials, the Taguchi research design based on an orthogonal array L[Formula: see text] is used. This approach is mostly used to frame the structure of parameters to assess the best factor.
