Abstract

Objectives: Recent studies revealed that the effect of male age on fertility potential is less important than the impact of female age (Gallardo et al. Fertil Steril, 1996; 66:260–264, Spandorfer et al. Hum Reprod, 1998; 13:334–338), although Guérin and Mouzon analyzed FIVNAT data and showed the decline of fertilization rate with husband’s age (Contracept Fertil Sex, 1997; 25:515–518). The influence of husband’s age was assessed in a shared oocyte donation program.
