Abstract

Objective To investigate the influence of husband involved in group education on cervical cancer radiotherapy patient. Methods A total of 100 cervical cancer radiotherapy patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases of each group. Conventional nursing was given to the patients of control group without husband involved in group education.Conventional nursing was given to the patients of observation group with husband involved in group education once a week and 4 times continuously.Olson marriage quality questionnaire score, MUNSH score and Chinese Herth HHI score of two groups were compared. Results Compared with control group, Olson marriage quality questionnaire score, MUNSH score and HHI score of observation group increased obviously, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The involvement of husband in group education is beneficial to improve the marriage quality, subjective well-being and expectation level of cervical cancer radiotherapy patients.
