Abstract

In this paper, we propose a new method allowing us to calculate the signal-to-noise and signal-to-interference ratios at the output of a nonlinear inertialess element in the specified frequency band when frequency-separated narrow-band signal and interference mixed with narrow-band Gaussian noise are applied to its input. The influence of out-of-band interference on the output signal-to-noise ratio of the radio receiver operated in blocking mode is analyzed for the case of pulsed signal and interference.
