Abstract

The effect of heat treatment on the photoluminescence of SnO 2 films produced by the spraying method is studied. Experimental results have shown that the influence of heat treatment in an oxygen atmosphere is quite different from that in a nitrogen atmosphere. The photoluminescence spectra exhibit a red shift after heat treatment in oxygen, and a blue shift after heat treatment in nitrogen.
