Abstract

Objective To discuss the effect of health behavior nursing management on quality of life and the disease uncertainty of hospitalized patients with myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 90 patients with myocardial infarction were selected and randomly divid-ed into experimental group and control group with 45 cases in each group .The control group was given routine health education , while the ex-perimental group was given healthy behavior nursing management .The sense of the disease uncertainty and quality of life were evaluated on admission and hospital discharge .Results After hospital care , both the experimental group and control group got lower MUIS -A marks (P〈0.05) and higher quality of life scores (P〈0.05);in the experimental group every aspect such as PF , RP, BP, VT, GH etc.was significantly improved than those in the control group ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusions Healthy behavior management can not only significantly improve the quality of hospitalized patients with myocardial infarction , but also alleviate their sense of uncertainty , and is worthy of promo-tion.
