Abstract

The purpose of this research was to stimulate the process of rizogenesis at cuttings of chrysanthemum treated with different stimulant solutions. Effectiveness of this treatment can lead to shortening the time from planting to harvesting flowers. Cuttings used from four cultivars of chrysanthemums, in order to stimulate the risogenesis process, were treated with NAA, 2,4-D, Thiamine, Alar, Procaine and Radi-Stim.
Stages of experimental work complied with the protocol and were conducted in the Laboratory Research Plant belonging to the Vegetale Physiology discipline.
