Abstract
The author intended to clarify whether the portion that maintained the regularity of gastric action potentials existed or not.After various sections of the canine stomach the epoxyenamel-coated platinum electrode was implanted to record gastric action potential chronically.The portion that regulated the rhythm of gastric action potentials was suggested to exist in the corpus ventriculi near the prepyloric part on the greater curvature side.
