Abstract

Rationale: Marine n-3 fatty acids have well-known anti-inflammatory effects, and may be used as a nutritional support for cancer patients. In this study, we investigated the effect of fish oil supplementation on changes in the plasma phospholipid fatty acid (FA) profile of patients with non-small lung cancer receiving primary anti-neoplastic treatment.
