Abstract
Zinc oxide thin films doped Fe has been prepared by chemical spray ultrasonic technique. Variation of structural, optical and nonlinear optical properties with doping concentration is investigated. The films were highly transparent to visible radiation, with an optical transmittance of 85%. XRD studies have shown that the films were polycrystalline with (0 0 2) preferred orientation. Second harmonic generation measurements were performed by means of the rotational Maker fringe technique using Nd:YAG laser at 1064 nm in picoseconds regime. The obtained values of second order nonlinear susceptibilities were found.
