Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse how environmental, governance, community, and economic quality factors influence sustainable mining governance (SMG) with performance of decentralisation as mediation and transformation of U-based mining management as a moderation. This study uses a quantitative approach with 200 participants. The analytical method uses the WarpPLS structural equation model (SEM) approach. Quality of environment and quality of governance factors significantly influence the performance of decentralisation and SMG, while quality of community and quality of economic only significantly influence performance of decentralisation and have a significant effect on SMG but through the mediation of performance of decentralisation. Transformation of U-based mining management is a moderating variable on the influence of the relationship of quality of environment, governance, community, and economic factors to SMG. Performance of decentralisation as a mediating variable and U-based Minerba governance as a moderating variable are the originality of this study.
