The findings showed that there is no significant influence between extroversion and informationseeking behaviour of lecturers in library and information science schools in South-east and South-south, Nigeria (𝑥2 cal = 313.96 ≥ 𝑥2 tab = 21.03) and conscientiousness and informationseeking behaviour of lecturers in library and information science schools in South-east and South-south, Nigeria (𝑥2 cal = 146.558 ≥ 𝑥2 tab = 21.03).
