Abstract

We present the influence of equation of state in supernovae from gravitational collapse of massive stars. We examine the important roles of EOS in supernova explosions, protoneutron stars (or black holes) and supernova neutrinos, adopting the relativistic EOS table for supernova simulations and the conventional EOS. We discuss the density-temperature range which appears in supernova simulations to see whether exotic hadrons or quarks may appear in supernova physics.
